Principal's Message...
Indraprastha Mahila Mahavidyalaya has been established by Pandit Raghunath Sharma Charitable Trust, Darbarpur on the holy land of Mundawar tehsil of Rajasthan's Alwar district in the session 2020-21 to achieve new and excellent status in the field of women's education. The College is recognized by the Government of Rajasthan and affiliated to Raj Rishi Bhartrihari Matsya University, Alwar. The main objective of the College is to provide society and nation building education to the girls. We consider it our duty to provide a strong platform to the girls to build her own life through cultured and character-oriented education. Education is that powerful instrument of the world, through which the highest goals of life can be achieved. Without education there is total darkness in life, education takes us towards the light and every art of living and good life teaches us. It is our clear belief that only an educated woman can give the benefit of her acquired knowledge and developed ability to the whole family by teaching uneducated women of her family. The only means to get rid of all the problems existing in the society is cultured education. Therefore, it is very important for women to be educated for the economic, social, cultural and political development of the society. No nation and society can be imagined to develop without women being educated. Indraprastha Mahila Mahavidyalaya has been established with all these objectives.
